Returns are accepted only for sarees that are damaged beyond what is mentioned at the time of purchase. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. 2. Products Not Eligible for Return:
Sarees purchased with prior acknowledgment of small weaving, printing imperfections, or minor damages. Sarees that have been altered, used, or washed. Items purchased during special sales, discounts, or clearance offers. 3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide your order details and a photo of the item to confirm the issue. Once approved, the saree must be shipped back within 7 days at the customer’s expense. 4. Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product. If eligible, refunds will be issued within 7 working days through the original payment method.
